Translate business needs into clear system requirements and help us get more value from our ERP, reporting and operational systems.
About the role
Good systems start with a clear understanding of the problem. The Systems Analyst bridges the gap between the business and the technical team, working with finance, production, logistics and HR to document how work happens today and design how it should work.
You will analyse processes, write requirements, configure and support business systems, and coordinate testing and rollout of changes. You will also help users get better reports and insights from their data.
We are looking for someone analytical and curious who communicates clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike.

Train users and write clear user guides.
Manage change requests and maintain a prioritised system backlog.
